CARIBBEAN HERITAGE MONTH
If you love to vacation in the caribbean and you love to eat caribbean food then you should be apart of the celebration of the people, they have migrated across the world from caribbean Islands to live a vastly different life. The people of the caribbean countries walk, work, and live amongst you on a daily basis. The variety that they bring into the market makes things exciting and it challenges the normal way of thinking for most. Their ability to create an area in the space of many as far as living and lifestyle is one that any one who has lived amongst them can learn to love. The various difference in music, food, theatre, comedy, sports and knowledge opens a door of change and thinking outside of the normal box.
Caribbean people are usually festive, and creative in their lives due to the skills that they had to attain growing up in their country; they bring fourth a different view point and energy to any situation. Each country carries something different, and has different talents to divulge, and share in the mainstream lifestyles. Each island has their traditions, and national dish they use to reference their country. The colors of the flags also vary based on the island they migrate from, yet there structures are very similar. The reasons behind the migration to other countries are the same. Their Family is a huge part of their lifestyle, and structure; self preservation is the goal for the majority.
Whether they have migrated to America, United Kingdom, Asia, Africa or any other continent they bring with them diversity and culture different from the normal.

In celebration of the caribbean collective it is Heritage month. The month of June is well known for the celebration of Gay Pride. However they are not the only ones that are having their celebration for this month sharing the month with Caribbean Heritage it opens the door for diversity within the month and the conversation for inclusion is various ways. There is pride in everyone and the pride is for numerous reasons. Being Prideful can stem from many areas within your life and flow over into others.
