Pysical Fitness and Mental Health!
Your Health is the most important thing in your life. The way that you take care of your health dictates how your body will treat you. What do you do for your health any given day of the week? How often do you dedicate time to your Physical Fitness? These questions being asked are for you to consider how often you work on your physical health. When you work on your physical health you become stronger in the physical outer exterior, you also give yourself a mental break from your day to day lifestyle and changes that take place within your life. Your body release Endorphins in the process of exercising, the reason for this is to give you a feeling that helps alleviate any stress that has been formed and built up within your body and your mind. In order for your body to be strong your mind has to be strong as well. Any person on this planet who is weak mentally it is a proven fact that you are weak physically. Your mental state is always reflected in the physical of who you are.
Healthy Physical practices creates a healthy mental state. You do not have to be a fitness expert or trainer to become stronger physically and mentally. When you take the a active person and compare them to someone that is less active you can clearly see the difference between the two. You will not only see the physical difference, you will also notice the mental difference. Your perspective on life changes when you are active physically. You look at life in away where it is not as stressful because having away to relieve your stress makes your life less complicated. It helps become a better problem solver when life starts to happen to you. Meaning obstacles, challenges and changes that may take you out of the zone that you have gotten comfortable within. When things start to change from what people have come to know as a norm, or normal.
Something as simple as stretching every day can help your fitness. Newton law is a law that I stress when speaking with others about physical fitness. A body in motion stays in motion and a body at rest stays at rest. Thats why when you loose a loved one, many people want them to rest in peace. They will no longer be able to live a life within that body that they once occupied. Newton law became law because it was accurate information based on the universe that you reside within. Something or someone at rest is not moving. Motion is something that is moving, it is either rolling, running, walking, driving.
If you have not now is the time for you to create a routine of, or for your life with daily movement to assist with your mental state and your thought process. In order to clear your mind or lighten the load that you are carrying within your mental space. Give your mind and body the time and energy to release what you may be harboring within you and your life.
