NADA Announces Ice Palace Studios as New Location for NADA Miami

NADA Announces Ice Palace Studios as New Location for NADA Miami
The Fifteenth Edition of the Fair Returns to its 2004-2008 Venue
(MIAMI — September 21, 2017) — The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) is pleased to announce Ice Palace Studios as its new venue for the fifteenth edition of NADA Miami, which will take place December 7-10, 2017. The venue change from the Deauville Beach Resort is due to damages suffered from an electrical fire which were then exacerbated by Hurricane Irma.

“NADA is committed to producing a distinctive event in Miami for our exhibitors and the public. We have always sought to provide the best conditions for presenting art in a fair environment, and we’re pleased to have swiftly arranged to host the fair at the Ice Palace Studios in Downtown Miami,” said Heather Hubbs, NADA Executive Director. “As the previous home of NADA in Miami from 2004 to 2008, we are confident that the Ice Palace Studios will provide an ideal location for this year’s fair.”

Located in Downtown Miami, Ice Palace Studios neighbors the Design District, and is in close vicinity to the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), ICA Miami, major collections, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. Shuttles will be available throughout fair hours.

"We’re very pleased that NADA found an excellent alternate venue for this year's fair. Ice Palace is a fantastic resolution; not only is it a larger space, it's also more centrally located amongst Miami's cultural institutions and private collections. We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful venue," said Elyse Derosia, NADA President of the Board and Director of Bodega.

NADA Miami continues to showcase the best of emerging contemporary art with 108 exhibitors representing 36 cities from 16 different countries, 53 NADA Members, 23 first time exhibitors, and 27 project spaces.
