What is your Zen?
What are some of your stress relievers when your upset, frustrated, livid, stressed out and or just overwhelmed? For me its a combination depending on my mood i would say music is number one, then comes the gym and yoga. Those things relax me more than you know. When you find things that helps you clear your mind your thoughts can run better. With yoga you learn to find your balance with breathing techniques and stretches that loosen your body. The breathing methods calm you and releases the bad energy from your body. With exercise you can take out all of the energy on the machines or your work out routine by the time you are done your body maybe tired but your mind is clear enough to think straight. With music you can relate to what's going on and relate to it before you know it your so far into the music that what took you out of your norm is no longer weighing as heavy as it it. Different methods work for different people. What is your zen?
