Feelings
We all carry feelings for something. Past wounds hurt us the most. Everyone will claim that they are over something or that this thing no longer bothers them. When it still affects them in a way they cannot speak about. The thing that we all forget to do is to forgive. Not forgive those that hurt us but the act that they have committed against us to bring that pain. Apart of healing is being able to face your demons no matter how much it hurts. Sorrow weights heavy and that is not the weight I am trying to carry. Depression should not have a space in your life neither should having a bad day. I do not have bad days I have bad moments. Being able to control your mood and how your day goes is one of the best things in life. Apart of being able to do so is to humble yourself and for once not let your pride make you feel like there are things you have to do to please people. Your first priority should be yourself and then everything else should come after. Self preseption is a major part of the way you feel. How you carry yourself and how people view you. What you think you are, or how you look to others is based on the way you see and present yourself. Don't pretend to be, speak it and become it. Beauty starts from within "so if sorrow is what you feel on the inside your face and your body language will reflect it."
